This is our third stay at Sleepy Hallow in the last several years. I grew up near here and am so thankful that there is such a nice , clean , homey place to stay , “ out in the country “ and that we don’t have to drive to and from Superior while visiting family in the area . The rooms are always spotless and comfortable. It is simple but comfortable accommodations and we love it !

The manager is fantastic, helpful and friendly. Room was small, but well furnished and clean. Bed was hard as a rock. Walls were paper thin, i.e. we could hear the complete conversation of the people next door and all of the traffic noises from the highway.

Overall the motel was a clean comfortable room but there wasn't a coffee pot in our room and when I booked the room it said sleeps 4, Nothing about getting charged 10.00 extra per night over 2 people and I was charged 40.00 for 4 days which …

My boyfriend and I are touring the state park waterfalls and didn’t have any set overnight plans. We stumbled upon the Sleepy Hollow Motel on Google and took a chance after reading the reviews. Adorable and super clean little place. Had everything we needed for a good night sleep. Bed was comfy! Had dinner 2 minutes down the road at Riverside Bar & Grill at the owners recommendation. What a relief and pleasant surprise overall! Thank you!! Well done!

Booked this stay last minute online and sure am glad I did. I was in the parking lot of another motel maybe 30 minutes down the road and it just didn't feel like a safe place to stay. So I searched online and found Sleepy Hollow had a room available. Peter welcomed me when I arrived...I felt safe and relieved to have found this cute, cozy place to stay for the night. Felt like I was in a little cabin. It was quiet and peaceful and the bed was very comfortable. Thanks for everything! I hope to be back someday!

I stopped in at this motel while on a motorcycle trip last week. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the couple who run the motel are clearly invested in making sure their guests have an enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend.

Loved how clean it was, comfy pillows, loved having the the fridge, internet and affordable prices! A made a few suggestions of some small things, but happy overall. Small rooms, which is totally fine for the price, just be aware it’s smaller). You do need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner as a heads up. Check in and out was very easy.

Wonderful motel with clean, well maintained rooms in a convenient location! The hosts are very kind and welcoming, to the point that you feel like you are staying with friends. We were traveling with our dogs, and they were provided a welcome treats when we got into our room, along with our treats…fresh fruit, water, and Gatorade! Seriously, just lovely people! Thank you very much, Peter & Angie!
